Running several packing lines, our 150+ employees work two shifts. Rolling Hills has the workforce to handle a multitude of packaging programs. Our experienced workforce provides:

• Shrink wrapping, blister packaging, poly bagging, and other packaging.
• Proficient repackaging of your returns or existing inventory to your specifications, allowing you to put your products into a sellable condition.
• Inspections, testing, weigh counting and other services.

Our clients often take advantage of our experience in sourcing of packaging materials to suit the needs of your graphics, merchandising environment, cost/margins and your warehousing and shipping needs.

Blister Packaging

This process creates a visible package by heat sealing clear blisters to a printed card.Our clients often take advantage of our experience in sourcing of packaging materials to suit the needs of your graphics, merchandising environment, cost/margins and your warehousing and shipping needs.

Poly Bagging

A common choice for packaging for multiple items or single pieces, poly bagging can be accomplished with clear, opaque or pre-printed bags, with or without labels.

When you need to package several items or a single piece, poly bagging may fit your needs.  We offer clear, opaque, or pre-printed bags.  You choose if you need labels or not.

Equipment

• 12 Clamco & Sargent polybag sealers, 12".
• 3 Automated packaging H-100 baggers with inline hot stamp and 3 inline PI-4000 thermal transfer printers.

Shrink Wrapping

Put your products in a clear flexible film over a blow molded card, bottle, box or other packaging form.

Equipment

• 4 Weldotron shrink tunnels, up to 28" wide.
• 5 Weldotron L-bar sealers, up to 30" x 40".

  

Box & Display Packaging

• Hot melt glue applicators
• Cold gluing system
