Rolling Hills Progress Center has a state of the art 105,000 sq/ft warehouse facility suited for a range of product and storage needs. Located in  Lanark Illinois near Rockford and Moline Illinois. Near rout 80, 39, and 88 our facility has work cells dedicated to packaging, recycling, product  assembly, fulfillment and shipping.

Specialized Facilities

• Our well equipped facility can handle all types of packaging. Cartons, blister cards, shrink-wrapping, thermoformed items, UV sealed clamshells, polybags and other packaging options.
• We have abundant space work space setup for material handling, product receiving, inspection, disassembly and recycling processing.
• Product assembly equipment consists of cutters, gluers bench tools and a variety of other specialized trade tools used for assembly procedures.
• Production area: 220V 3 phase bus lines throughout

• Filtered air system
• Rack space for pallets
• 4 docks with levelers
• Over 60,000 sq/ft of storage space, 24' high. We can hold over 300 semi loads.Our conveyor systems for assembly and packaging work extend from 30’ to 122’ long for a great work flow and opportunity to set up check points to insure quality.
