Third Annual Raffle Fund Raiser!

Rolling Hills Progress Center has given those with disabilities new hope, new meaning, and new purpose in life. Carroll County's disabled are now productive and contributing members of our community, and we never want that to stop.

The rolling Hills Foundation's Long Term Goals:

To insure that individuals with disabilities throughout Carroll County will always have ongoing vocational opportunities and work.

To help purchase modern and appropriate equipment and capital items.

To help provide ongoing social and recreational opportunity.

To meet emergency needs for all individuals with disabilities in Carroll County

If we accomplish these goals, Carroll County's citizens with disabilities will continue to lead lives with "dignity and purpose".

If you would like to volunteer your assistance to help sell tickets, please call us at (815)493-2321.

If you would like to purchase tickets: simply complete the blank form below with your name, address, phone # and email address, and send it with your check made out to the Rolling Hills Foundation. We will transfer your information onto a real ticket and then mail you your official numbered ticket.

Tickets may also be purchased at most of the banks, credit unions and grocery stores throughout Carroll County, or call Rolling Hills at 815-493-2321
