2020 Worker of the Year

Rolling Hills had the pleasure of honoring two individuals as Workers of the Year during the Christmas Dinner held on December 23.  The practice is to recognize an individual from plant #1 and from plant #2 who exceled in their participation during 2020.

For Plant #1:  Shara Washington was recognized for her outstanding achievements.  She demonstrates a superb work ethic.  Her attention to the job is constant and she has learned several new job tasks, including the Link Tube Carrier tying job for the Department of Defense.  She is polite and respectful with everyone and has great attendance.

For Plant #2:  Gary Vesperman was honored for a great year of work and participation.  Gary is an expert at tying the Link Tube Carriers.  He’s friendly and considerate and is at work every day.  Gary, also, did at home work subcontract work during the covid 19 shut down this past summer.

In recognition of their awards both individuals received the American flag which had flown over their respective buildings over the past year.  The flag was in an attractive display case with a nameplate identifying their accomplishment.  Additionally, a $100 check was presented to each.
